## Rules every recommendation must respect
- Courtyard (sauna and cold plunge) comes before a treatment, never after a facial.
- No sauna, steam, or cold plunge for two days after a chemical peel or dermaplaning.
- Sauna and cold plunge are not recommended during pregnancy; pair Prenatal Massage with lounge time only.
- Every spa treatment includes courtyard lounge access (fire, loungers) but not the saunas or plunges. A day pass adds those.
- A massage and a facial fit in one visit. Massage first, then facial, with the courtyard before both.
- Packages (a treatment plus the courtyard) cost a little more than the pieces and include: Towel and robe; Private shower; An intention stone of your choice; Fiji water; Time in the relaxation and recovery spaces; A bonus Elements day pass to come back or bring a friend.
- Package price rule: add the à la carte prices, add about $10, round up to a price ending in 9.
- Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead or the session is forfeited. No same-day rescheduling.
- Facial walk-ins only Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays when slots are open. Everything else is booked.
- Gift cards are valid for spa services and Island Movement classes, 18 months, bought at https://thewellness.spa/gift-cards.
